Hi, fellow journeyer!  I’m Dina Weiss, a Certified EFT Practitioner, Health Coach, Emotional Eating Coach, and more.  

Even though we may not have met, we already have a heart connection.  I’m not just a guide on this journey.  I’ve been in your shoes.  I’m still in them … because finding your optimal weight and experiencing more soulful connections is not a destination.  It’s a journey through self-love.  

My clients and I have come to understand that BEYOND weight loss, what we TRULY crave is a peaceful and joyful relationship with food, our bodies, and ourselves.

You can embrace yourself where you are now AND still hold a desire to release weight.

By acquiring tools like Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/Tapping), Matrix Reimprinting, and other practices, I discovered how to overcome these hidden reasons.  I am beyond grateful for this because I no longer resort to food to numb my stress or emotions, and my food cravings are a thing of the past.  

My relationship with food and my body is now one of joy, freedom, and collaboration.  No more fixating on thoughts of food, diet, and weight.
