Discover 3 Simple Strategies to Stop Eating Your Emotions

If it has to do with breaking free from emotional eating, then I can help.

Let’s start with you!

You are here because you want to …

1) have an authentic, loving relationship with food, your body, and yourself

2) feel confident and happy about the way you look, live, and express yourself

3) understand the emotional root causes that have held you back from releasing weight and keeping it off

4) recognize and respond to your triggers for emotional eating in new, empowering ways

GOOD NEWS, my friend!

If any or all of the above apply, then you’re in the right place.

Hi! I’m Dina Weiss, and it’s my goal to help you break free from emotional eating so you can live with a strong felt sense of joy, confidence, and purpose.

I know from my own experience as a recovering emotional eater what it’s like to be obsessed with food and with your body, to numb yourself with food to keep from feeling difficult emotions, and to be stuck in that Groundhog Day of overeating, yo-yo dieting, and low self-esteem. It’s a lot of STUCK energy that is much better spent toward creating your authentic life.

I believe that when we release our mental and emotional baggage, then physical weight loss becomes automatic.

Like many of you, I used to believe the reverse … that I needed to lose weight to be happy. I traveled disempowering paths of unhealthy relationships, perfectionism, overcommitting myself, and giving away my power by looking to others for happiness and validation. I tried all kinds of weight loss programs, cleanses, and detoxes … just about everything short of medical intervention, and all without sustainable success. In that process, I was loathing my body and myself.

Are YOU ready to move forward with Confidence, Grace, and EASE?

If so, then let’s hop on a discovery call to see if we’re a good fit to work together.

Then, came MY THREE BIG TURNING POINTS

which awakened me to a more conscious relationship with food, my body, and my self.

#1 – You are not alone, and you can trust yourself and your body.

I was living with years of emotional pain and suffering from past choices I’d made that were not so life-giving. At my lowest point, I was serendipitously led to the Spirit School of the Intuitive Arts, an 18-month life-transforming experience where I sharpened my intuitive awareness and was introduced to all kinds of “woo woo” … connecting with my soul, angels, meditation, chakras, energies, tools of Divinity, and so much more.

I connected with a group of women (who I call my “original circle of light”) who taught me about compassion and forgiveness … not just for others, but especially for myself. This entire experience launched me onto my spiritual path, the beginning of co-creating with the Divine and all of my “circles of light.”

As a result of my connection with this heart-centered community, I began to live more authentically in alignment with my soul purposes and to manifest my life’s work and passion of serving others. I began to trust my intuition and learned that my body was actually expressing messages of wisdom to me.

#2 – Your emotional eating journey is actually a gift, not just a challenge.

The second turning point was birthed out of a reading assignment in Spirit School:  “The Power of Infinite Love & Gratitude,” by holistic physician and Hay House author Dr. Darren R. Weissman.  In that book, I was introduced to the magic of The LifeLine Technique®, which inspired me on a journey of extensive training.

It was through this experience that I learned one of my biggest life lessons … that my “life shit” was actually my fertilizer. In other words, my challenges were actually “gifts in strange wrapping paper” that not only deepened my spirituality, but also blessed me with qualities that enabled me to serve people in ways and to depths that I may not otherwise have been capable. I became enlightened about the role that my subconscious mind plays in the health of my body and relationships. As a result, I began to feel better about myself and to know that my true power comes from within. This helped me to start making more life-giving choices.

#3 – Nourishing your body & soul is about so much more than the food you eat.

The third turning point came when I joined an online community with other emotional eaters and studied to become an Emotional Eating Coach. Through this program, I learned to listen to my body’s own wisdom instead of all the massive conflicting information I’d collected over a lifetime about what, when, and how much to eat. I embodied new ways to feed my heart & soul that were so much more nourishing and satisfying than eating. I finally let go of calories, points, weighing, measuring, and other forms of “should-ing on myself.” All that STUCK energy that was so tied up in obsessing over food now goes into the flow of creating the life I love.

Why is all of this so important to me and to YOU? Because I believe that we don’t have to suffer. And, I want to do my part to help end emotional suffering.

This is why I am SO passionate about helping people, like you, to become empowered with tools to shift your mindset and feel your emotions in healthy ways, so you no longer have to depend on food for your happiness. And, all that STUCK energy that was so tied up in obsessing over food can then go into the flow of creating the life YOU love.

On a personal note …

* I am a musician. I sang with The Washington Chorus for 20 years and was part of their Grammy-award winning performance of Benjamin Britten’s War Requiem.

* I love spending time with my playful Corgi, Frederick.

* I am known by my friends as the “color girl.” I love playing with colors, whether it’s food or a Crayola crayon box! My favorite color is turquoise … especially the turquoise ocean.

* I am also a massage therapist and love witnessing my clients walk away from their sessions feeling more aligned in their mind, body, and spirit.

* I am a personal growth junkie and love all things meditation … on my own; with my amazing husband, Mike; in small, intimate groups; and at large, international retreats.

I HAVE ALWAYS KNOWN IN MY HEART …

I’ve always known that I wanted to help people, even as a young girl. And, just like the seed that evolves into the tree, I had to grow through the darkness to get to the light. I have come to learn over the years that our bodies and our relationships, especially with ourselves, are designed to heal, regenerate, and be whole.
